About Frank Enderle

My real estate career began in the early 1990s, working alongside my father at Golden Rule Realty in Calabasas. That's where I learned the importance of integrity, hard work, and always putting clients first—values that continue to guide every transaction.

After earning my Associate Degree in Business from Pierce College, I expanded my experience into mortgage lending before spending more than 15 years managing automotive dealerships and finance departments. That background sharpened my skills in negotiation, finance, and customer service, giving my real estate clients a distinct advantage when buying or selling a home.

In 2014, I returned to real estate full-time to focus on my family and the career I'm most passionate about. I coached youth football and lacrosse for many years, and today, with one son attending California Lutheran University and the other playing Division I lacrosse at Chapman University, I'm able to devote my full attention to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

As a Conejo Valley resident for more than 20 years, I know the local market inside and out. I've also served my community by writing for The Conejo Guardian and running for Thousand Oaks City Council and the Conejo Valley Unified School District Board because I believe strong communities begin with involved neighbors.

My philosophy is simple: every dollar matters.
